HP laptop crashed - moving video files
Laptop was purchased June 2011 but HP says the screen is not their equiptment ?! WTF - they're attached

Your problem with HP sonds like mine. I paid them $150 for their "Smart Friend" service where they will work on "any" problem with the laptop. Charged my account then when they found out I had Winows XP they said they do not support XP any longer and I'd have to buy another service plan. MANY calls to them and I finally got my money refunded.
